It's Miller Time.... somewhere right?

Frederick Miller, a German imigrant and recognized brewmaster, established his brewery in Milwaukee in about 1850.

During Prohibition, Miller developed a non-alcoholic malt beverage and was the only brewer to survive the Prohibition era.

The brewing process used today  uses the same recipe that was used in the beginning.

The factory is impressive. It's fully automated, with only a handful of production workers queing the machinery.

This room must have been 120 degrees.

They cook the beer in these stainless steel kettles.

Someone has to volunteer to drink some... right? In you go Marilyn, slam!

Frederic Miller thought his workers should have an opportunity to savor the product, so he built a beautiful beer garden on the factory grounds.

I wonder what the alchoholism rate was among the employees?

Can you find two drinkers on the bar?

Vi and Bob Maki, neighbors from Florida and dancers at the NACC joined us for a beer, then we made them push our car back to camp!
